How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are sent instantly to your email after successful payment. You can also view them in "My Bookings" section.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Please review event details carefully before booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay secure payment gateway.
How do ride tickets work?
Ride tickets are separate QR codes for each attraction. Show them to ride operators at the entrance. Each ticket can be used once.
Can I get a refund for unused rides?
Unused ride tickets can be refunded within 7 days of the event date. Contact support with your booking reference.
Where can I view my ride tickets?
Ride tickets appear in your booking confirmation email and in the "My Ride Tickets" section of your account dashboard.
